Hospice Golf Tournament

Registration Now Open!

Registration for the 38th Annual RiverStone Health Hospice Golf Tournament is now open. We’re looking forward to welcoming returning teams and new supporters to the course this June.

The tournament is split across two days to allow players more time to connect, enjoy the event and move through their round without feeling rushed.

The RiverStone Health Foundation is available to answer questions, help with registration and sponsorships or share tournament details. Please call us at 406.651.6555.

How to Register

To secure your spot, please start with the Captain or Sponsor completing the registration form by clicking the button below.

If your team is participating through a sponsorship, you will be able to select that option during registration. RiverStone Health Foundation will invoice the sponsoring business directly for the fee.

Sponsors must submit payment by April 15, 2025. A sponsorship menu is available to share with your business sponsor if needed.

Teams that are not part of a sponsorship are required to pay at the time of registration.

Once the registration form is submitted and payment is received, RiverStone Health Foundation will send the full player registration form to the team captain or sponsor to share with their player. This helps us collect individual player details in one streamlined step.

Early Bird Registration is available now through March 13th at noon and includes $100 off team registration.

Proceeds from the Hospice Golf Tournament help offset the cost of providing compassionate end-of-life care, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. For more than four decades, RiverStone Health Hospice has supported patients and families throughout our community during some of life’s most difficult moments. This long-standing tournament continues because of the generosity of golfers, sponsors and donors who believe in that mission.
