Registration is now closed. We’re looking forward to welcoming returning teams and new supporters to the course this June.

How to Register

To secure your spot, please start with the Captain or Sponsor completing the registration form by clicking the button below.

If your team is participating through a sponsorship, you will be able to select that option during registration. RiverStone Health Foundation will invoice the sponsoring business directly for the fee.

Sponsors must submit payment by April 15, 2025. A sponsorship menu is available to share with your business sponsor if needed.

Teams that are not part of a sponsorship are required to pay at the time of registration.

Once the registration form is submitted and payment is received, RiverStone Health Foundation will send the full player registration form to the team captain or sponsor to share with their player. This helps us collect individual player details in one streamlined step.

Early Bird Registration is available now through March 13th at noon and includes $100 off team registration.
