RiverStone Health’s Healthcare for the Homeless service provides medical services for people experiencing homelessness and connects them to the care they need.

If you are:

  • Staying in an emergency shelter
  • Sleeping in makeshift shelter or on the streets
  • Staying in a hotel
  • Couch surfing
  • Eating in soup kitchen
  • Visiting a drop-in center
