RiverStone Health care managers are experts in helping you get health insurance coverage that meets your needs and your budget.
Through the federal Health Insurance Marketplace you can find health coverage that fits your budget and meets your needs. RiverStone Health’s care managers give you balanced, fair and unbiased information to help you understand and compare your insurance options.
If you’ve recently moved, had a change in your family size or employment situation, you can enroll in the Marketplace within 60 days of your “life change event.” Tribal members can sign up for Marketplace health coverage year-round.
Open enrollment for those who do not have a life changing event or who are not a tribal member must wait for the annual open enrollment period to begin in November.
To get started, you’ll need the following information:
Montana Medicaid is checking the eligibility of Montana Medicaid and Healthy Montana Kids recipients.
If they can’t contact you, you may lose Medicaid or Healthy Montana Kids coverage: Be sure your address and other information are updated!
Once your address is updated, they will reach out to you by mail, email, and text message.
When your receive a letter in the mail from Montana Medicaid, be sure to respond in 30 days to avoid loss or interruption of your healthcare coverage.

To get started, you’ll need the following information:
• Social Security numbers and birth dates for family members
• Recent pay stubs and/or W-2 forms
• Information about health insurance you or your family could get from your jobs
No insurance? No problem. We offer a sliding fee scale based on your income and family size.
At your appointment, you will need to provide proof of your household income and family size so we can verify your eligibility. Below are some commons forms of eligibility proof:
If you do not have any type of income, the person who is providing support for you must fill out a Patient Income Attestation form.
Applications for the sliding fee discounts are updated each year and changes in income or the size of your household must be reported as they happen.
