RiverStone Health care managers are experts in helping you get health insurance coverage that meets your needs and your budget.
Through the federal Health Insurance Marketplace you can find health coverage that fits your budget and meets your needs. RiverStone Health’s care managers give you balanced, fair and unbiased information to help you understand and compare your insurance options.
If you’ve recently moved, had a change in your family size or employment situation, you can enroll in the Marketplace within 60 days of your “life change event.” Tribal members can sign up for Marketplace health coverage year-round. Open enrollment for those who do not have a life changing event or who are not a tribal member must wait for the annual open enrollment period to begin in November.

No insurance? No problem. We offer a sliding fee scale based on your income and family size.
At your appointment, you will need to provide proof of your household income and family size so we can verify your eligibility. Below are some commons forms of eligibility proof:
If you do not have any type of income, the person who is providing support for you must fill out a Patient Income Attestation form.
Applications for the sliding fee discounts are updated each year and changes in income or the size of your household must be reported as they happen.
