A temporary food service (special event, farmers market, bake sale, etc.) operates at a fixed location for a period of no more than 21 days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.
Inspections of Temporary Food Services are conducted during the event for which they are licensed.
Each event coordinator is required to complete and submit an application to RiverStone Health at least seven days before the event. It is the responsibility of the event coordinator to ensure that all food vendors operating at their event meet minimum requirements.
