RiverStone Health Clinics were the first clinics in the region to be recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance as a Patient-Centered Medical Home. Having a “medical home” means we coordinate your healthcare needs. Each time you visit us, you see the same team of medical providers. Your providers know your health status, medications and health history, which helps you get the best possible care.
Your primary care provider leads the team to help you reach your health goals. Often, they will be the first person you see when you have a health concern, enabling you to build a trusting relationship with someone who knows you.
If a healthcare problem comes up that’s not an emergency, seeing your primary care provider saves you time and money.
RiverStone Health Clinics offer a sliding fee scale that allows us to adjust charges for healthcare services based on income and family size. We also accept payment from Medicare, Medicaid, Healthy Montana Kids and private health insurance plans.
RiverStone Health Clinic is a unique model of care. We are governed by a Board of Directors, with Clinic patients comprising more than half the seats. This governance model ensures that we are always providing the right care at the right time.
RiverStone Health receives Federal Health and Human Services funding and has Federal Public Health Service status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims for itself and its covered individuals.
