AEGD – Dental Residency
The NYU-Lutheran AEGD Residency, located at the newly remodeled RiverStone Health Dental Clinic, is a fully digital, 12 chair practice that provides care to more than 11,000 underserved patients a year. The dental team includes both general dentists and specialists. The clinic provides comprehensive care including oral surgery, endodontics, implant restoration, routine operative, periodontics, fixed and removable prosthodontics. The AEGD Program at RiverStone Health Dental also allows residents the opportunity to gain experience in pediatric dentistry procedures.
The residency schedule allows for a three day weekend every other week and has no after-hours emergency rotations; there is also close interaction with the medical staff and Family Medicine Residents during their Oral Health Rotations.
The AEGD at RiverStone Health has graduated AEGD students since 2012. Apply through the NYU-Lutheran AEGD residency.
While Billings (population: 109,000) is Montana’s largest city and the largest city within a nearly 500 mile radius, a short drive in any direction puts you in an outdoor playground – from peaks to high prairie. Yellowstone National Park is an easy jaunt and downhill skiing, whitewater rafting and wilderness trails are all leisurely day-trips.
