Hospice Tree of Lights

Watch Tree of Lights Ceremony here: 4pm Sunday November 15, 2020
(This event is being broadcast on Facebook, you do not need an account to watch the stream. If it asks you to create an account, click ” Not Now” on the login page.)

Hospice Tree of Lights began to help families and friends with their grief.  In remembering our loved ones and those who cared for them, we heal.

The 30th Annual Hospice Tree of Lights not only helps in the healing process, it helps RiverStone Health Foundation sustain vital care.

RiverStone Health Hospice provides compassionate care for terminally ill people and support to their loved ones. The original hospice provider in Yellowstone County, RiverStone Health Hospice Services has been caring for end-of-life patients since 1980 and is nationally accredited by the prestigious Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), assuring the highest standard of care.

Donations to the 30th annual Hospice Tree of Lights tradition are vital as we navigate this difficult time together. Although this year will look different and we will not gather together, our virtual celebration will be streamed online.

Click here for our secure online submission form or if you prefer, print and fill out this form and return it to RiverStone Health Foundation.

Names received by Friday October 30, 2020 will be included in the celebration and print program.

In this season of gratitude and love, remember those whose presence is missed,
love those who are still among us, and be thankful for happy memories past, present and future.
