The 32nd Annual Hospice Tree of Lights raises funds to support RiverStone Health Hospice’s quality, compassionate end-of-life care.
RiverStone Health Hospice provides compassionate care for terminally ill people and support to their loved ones.
For more than 40 years, we have been caring for people at the end of their lives. The prestigious Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) nationally accredits RiverStone Health Hospice, and Medicare’s Family Caregiver Survey rates it among the top four hospices in Montana.
Thirty-two years ago, Hospice Tree of Lights originated to help families and friends with their grief. In remembering our loved ones and those who cared for them, we heal.
