Hospice Tree of Lights
Join us Sunday, November 11 at 4pm for the 2018 Tree of Lights Ceremony, on RiverStone Health’s Main Campus, 123 South 27th St.
RiverStone Health Hospice Services provides compassionate care for terminally ill people and support to their loved ones. The original hospice provider in Yellowstone County, RiverStone Health Hospice Services has been caring for end-of-life patients since 1980 and is nationally accredited by the prestigious Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), assuring the highest standard of care.
Hospice Tree of Lights helps families and friends with their grief. In remembering our loved ones and reconnecting with those who cared for them, we heal.
Donations to the 28th Hospice Tree of Lights Celebration help ensure that future hospice patients and their families receive care regardless of their financial situation. In 2016 RiverStone Health Hospice cared for hundreds of families, with over 75 patients and families receiving financial assistance to cover their loved ones’ care.
Hospice Tree of Lights not only helps in the healing process, it helps RiverStone Health Foundation sustain vital care.
If you would like to recognize a loved one at the Tree of Lights ceremony, please fill out this form and return it to RiverStone Health Foundation by October 27, 2017.
