Community Health Services

RiverStone Health community health services protects the public from the spread of communicable disease. We provide education, disease reporting and tracking as well as oversee management of outbreaks. Communicable diseases tracked include sexually transmitted diseases, influenza, biological agents, norovirus, West Nile Virus, HIV and food-borne illness, to name just a few. We provide treatment for individuals infected with a communicable disease, those who may have been exposed and anyone seeking information. Our four main service areas include:
